1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and to your registration for courses offered by Let's Learn IT (LLIT).

2. Your account

You provide accurate and complete data when you create an account and keep it up to date.

Your account is personal. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account with others.

3. Registering for free courses

A place is held for you once your registration is confirmed. Registration is possible within the available capacity and before the registration deadline of the course edition or session.

4. Withdrawing

You can withdraw online until the registration deadline. After the deadline, please contact LLIT.

5. Paid courses

Paid courses cannot be booked online yet. Separate terms will apply to them.

6. Changes or cancellations by LLIT

LLIT may change or cancel a course, edition or session, for example because of too few participants or the unavailability of a trainer or location. If that happens, you will be informed.

7. Conduct

Please treat the trainers, the other participants and the premises with respect. LLIT may refuse a participant who seriously disrupts a course.

8. Liability

LLIT takes care in preparing and delivering its courses but does not guarantee a specific result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes fall under the courts competent under Belgian law.

10. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, they get a new version number. After a new version is published, you will be asked to accept it before you continue.
